The Filosha Wireless Gas Detection Beacon is a self-contained, battery-powered monitor that teams position around a hazard to create an instant detection perimeter. Fully wireless and cable-free, each beacon senses flammable, toxic or oxygen hazards and communicates alarms to neighbouring units and a central point, delivering coordinated boundary protection that deploys in minutes.
The Filosha Wireless Gas Detection Beacon removes the cost, delay and complexity of cabled detection at short-term and evolving worksites. Each beacon is a standalone node combining a gas sensor, high-visibility strobe, powerful sounder and long-life battery within a rugged, portable housing. Several beacons are simply placed around a work zone, powered on and paired, forming a live wireless mesh that surrounds the hazard. When any unit detects gas, the alarm is echoed across the whole network so every worker on the perimeter is warned simultaneously, regardless of where the release occurs.
Because there is no wiring or fixed infrastructure, the system is ideal for confined-space operations, pipeline works, hot-work permits and emergency-response cordons where the boundary must be established quickly and relocated as conditions change. The battery is engineered for extended field endurance, and status, signal strength and gas readings are relayed to a supervisor or gateway for centralised oversight and record-keeping. Rugged and weather-sealed for the demanding climates of the GCC and India, the beacon supports bump-testing and straightforward calibration to keep response teams compliant. Deployed individually or in numbers, it provides scalable, flexible perimeter monitoring that adapts to the shape and scale of each job.
