The Drum Spill Pallet is a bunded polyethylene pallet that safely stores and works beneath 1 to 4 drums. The Drum Spill Pallet provides robust secondary containment for the storage and handling of oil, fuel and chemical drums. Moulded from durable, chemically resistant polyethylene, the one-piece body forms a leak-proof bund with an integral sump that captures accidental spills, drips and overfills, helping sites meet environmental and regulatory containment requirements. A single-drum configuration offers a sump capacity of around 225 litres, with larger platforms available to hold up to four drums on one bunded base.
A removable galvanised or polyethylene grid supports drums above the sump, keeping stored containers clear of any collected liquid and allowing the sump to be inspected and cleaned with ease. The pallet withstands a uniformly distributed load of approximately 300 kg per drum position and resists a wide range of acids, alkalis and hydrocarbons. Forklift channels allow the loaded pallet to be repositioned safely, while the seamless construction resists corrosion, weathering and impact.
